My parents and I went to see Lyndsey to experience a Spinal Flow treatment. She really gives her all and makes you feel very comfortable during the sessions! She let us experience the sound bowls and the sound bed, which were amazing in addition to the Spinal Flow therapy! Lyndsey really has a heart for healing. She genuinely cares. After a session with Lyndsey, I felt like I had just had a spa day, so I was very relaxed. I could tell that things had shifted by the slight achy feelings in my shoulders and neck. I had just experienced an extremely stressful year. I am a very active person. I never stopped to relax or emotionally deal with everything that had gone on. My lower back was constantly tight and in the last 6 months had gone out while deadlifting and another time just sitting at my desk. I was always in pain and learning to accept it as a reality.
One session with my dear friend Lyndsey and without even touching me I felt all vertebrae adjust into place. For the first time in awhile, I felt the muscles in my lower back release and let go of the pain. I was also treated to the sound lounge and sound bowls. I left with a sense of calm I was not able to experience in a long time. I am carefully getting back into lifting, moving more, experiencing less pain in my back, and enjoying the active lifestyle that I lead.

I have been suffering from Covid long haul symptoms since getting Covid on New Year’s 2021. I have constant headaches, complete loss of taste and smell, and extreme exhaustion. I have tried everything from seeing a chiropractor to weekly massages to try to relieve the headaches and tension in my neck and back from the constant headaches with little relief. When Lyndsey posted that she would be in my town visiting and offering spinal flow sessions I decided I may as well try it to see if I can get some relief. Low and behold after recovering from the first of three treatments and the amount of toxins flushing from my body I have not had a headache, the pain in my neck and back started to abate and I have a bit of taste and smell returned. My only complaint is that Lynsey is not here so that I can continue to see her for more sessions in hopes of continuing on the path of recovery.

If you’re looking to have blocks released, I highly recommend seeing Lyndsey for spinal flow! My session with her was incredible! The intense feeling of energy that started moving through my body was amazing! I could literally feel myself emotionally opening up.
